POLICY
Here at Sorry Mom Printing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our procedures and guidelines.
Return Eligibility
1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage or alterations.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required to process a return.
Non-Returnable Items
1. Custom Orders: Personalized or custom printed t-shirts and garment are not eligible for returns unless they arrived to you defective. Sorry Mom Printing will not be held liable for any design discrepencies once you have approved the mock up attached to your invoice.
2. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final and cannot be returned unless deemed defective.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sorrymomprinting@gmail.com with your name, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any tags and labels.
4. Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided in the return authorization email. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Drop off: If you are local and do not wish to ship your items back, you can also email our customer service team at sorrymomprinting@gmail.com and we will schedule a time to complete the return in person.
Refunds
1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges

Online: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

In person: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact our store through email and we will schedule a time to complete the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at our email address (sorrymomprinting@gmail.com) with a photo of the damage or defect. We will inspect the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
